We're small, early, and hiring judgment over headcount.
Catalystier is a young product built by a small team. We don't have a long list of open roles: when we do bring someone on, it's because a specific piece of the product genuinely needs them, not to fill a headcount target.
What we look for
Ownership over a narrow, real problem
We'd rather someone own one thing families actually feel (a weekly plan that's actually specific, a practice set that's actually well-targeted) than spread thin across everything.
Comfort with an early-stage product
Plenty of this product is still labeled "prototype" in the code, on purpose. We're looking for people who'd rather ship and learn than wait for certainty.
Respect for the families on the other end
This product touches teenagers' academic lives. We care about that responsibility showing up in the details: privacy and honesty about what's automated.
No open roles listed right now
If that changes, we'll post specifics here. In the meantime, if you think you'd be a strong fit for where Catalystier is headed, reach out through the Contact page and tell us what you'd want to work on.
